1. From Washington D.C. Take I-95 South, take exit 84A to 295 South, take exit 28 to I-64 East(Williamsburg, Norfolk, VA Beach). Take I-64 East, take exit 263A to 258 South(Mercury Blvd) across James River Bridge and turn right to Smithfield(10,32,258 South) from here about 2.5 miles, after crossing 665 route then reduce speed and turn right to Chapmans Lane go straight and get the WAT.

2. From Virginia Beach Take 64 West to 664 South, exit 9A go to 17 North, across 2 bridges, turn left to Smithfield(10,31,258 South) from here about 2.5 miles, after crossing 665 route then re¬duce speed and turn right to Chapmans Lane go straight and get the WAT.
